a)     Development Agreement

The Development Agreement is an agreement entered into by the builder with the landowner if the builder does not already own the land or has a contract with the landowner. By this agreement, the landowner engages the developer to develop and build on their plot of land. This agreement generally may also have a Power of Attorney in favor of the developer.

b)     Approved Building Plan

The building plan has to be approved by the Corporation or the concerned authority. The approved building plans should be checked.

c)     Commencement Certificate

The certificate, issued by the Municipal Corporation permits the developer to begin construction once the plans have been approved.

d)     Completion Certificate

This is a Certificate given by the concerned authorities to the developer once the building project work is complete and fit for occupation.

e)     Track Record of the Builder

Before buying an apartment, please check the credibility of the builder and also make sure that, the builder has delivered all his past projects within the time limit with specified quality. ഏതാനും മാസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ ഇത് 5.50 ശതമാനമെങ്കിലുമായി കുറയുമെന്നാണ് ബാങ്കിങ്, റിയൽ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് മേഖലകളുടെ പ്രതീക്ഷ. ഇതു കുറയുന്നതോടെ ബാങ്കുകൾ സ്ഥിരനിക്ഷേപങ്ങളുടെ പലിശയും വായ്പപ്പലിശയും കുറയ്ക്കും. .

പലിശനിരക്ക് കുറയുന്നത് വായ്പ എടുക്കുന്നവർക്ക് വലിയ ആശ്വാസംപകരും. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് 20 വർഷക്കാലാവധിയിൽ 30 ലക്ഷം രൂപ 10 ശതമാനം നിരക്കിൽ വായ്പയെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ പ്രതിമാസ തിരിച്ചടവ് (ഇ.എം.ഐ.) ഏതാണ്ട് 28,951 രൂപയാണ്. പലിശ 9.50 ശതമാനമായി കുറയുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തിരിച്ചടവ് 27,964 രൂപയായി താഴും. അതായത്, ഒരു മാസത്തെ തിരിച്ചടവിൽ തന്നെ ഏതാണ്ട് 1,000 രൂപയുടെ നേട്ടം. മാത്രമല്ല, പുതുതായി വായ്പ എടുക്കുന്നവർക്ക് കൂടുതൽ തുകയ്ക്കും അർഹത ലഭിക്കും...

             തനിക്കു കീഴെയാണ് മറ്റെല്ലാവരും എന്ന ധാര്‍ഷ്ട്യത്തിലൂന്നിയുളള ഭരണമായിരുന്നു അവര്‍ പലപ്പോഴും കാഴ്ച വെച്ചിരുന്നത്.ചെന്നിടത്തെല്ലാം തന്റെ കൈയൊപ്പു പതിച്ചേ അവര്‍ പടിയിറങ്ങിയിട്ടുളളൂ. പഠനത്തിലായാലും കലാരംഗത്തായാലും രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലായാലും ജയലളിത എന്നും ഓര്‍ക്കപ്പെടണമെന്ന് നിര്‍ബന്ധമുളള രീതിയിലായിരുന്നു അവരുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍. സ്വന്തം പ്രതിച്ഛായക്ക് വലിയ പ്രാധാന്യമാണ് അവര്‍ നല്‍കിയത്.ജയറാം-വേദവല്ലി ദമ്പതികളുടെ മകളായി തമിഴ്‌നാട്ടില്‍ നിന്നും മൈസൂരിലേക്ക് കുടിയേറിയ ഒരു അയ്യങ്കാര്‍ കുടുംബത്തിലായിരുന്നു ജയലളിതയുടെ ജനനം.മൈസൂര്‍ രാജാവിന്റെ ഭിഷഗ്വരനായിരുന്നു ജയലളിതയുടെ മുത്തശ്ശന്‍. ജയറാം ഒരു അഭിഭാഷകനായിരുന്നു. ജയലളിതക്ക് രണ്ടു വയസ്സുളളപ്പോഴായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം മരണപ്പെടുന്നത്. 

അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മരണത്തോടെ കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം സ്വന്തം ചുമലിലായ വേദവല്ലി സന്ധ്യ എന്ന പേരില്‍ സിനിമകളില്‍ അഭിനയിച്ചു തുടങ്ങി.ജയലളിതയും മികച്ച കലാകാരിയായിരുന്നു. നാലു വയസ്സുമുതല്‍ അടവു ചവുട്ടിത്തുടങ്ങിയ അവര്‍ വിവിധ നൃത്തരൂപങ്ങളിലും സംഗീതത്തിലും നൈപുണ്യം നേടി. സ്‌കൂളിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിയായിരുന്നു അവര്‍. ഉപരിപഠനത്തിനുളള സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പു നേടിക്കൊണ്ടാണ് അവര്‍ ഹൈസ്‌ക്കൂള്‍തല വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയത്. മകളെ സിനിമയില്‍ അഭിനയിപ്പിക്കാനായിരുന്നു അമ്മയുടെ തീരുമാനം.അങ്ങനെ അവര്‍ ബാംഗ്ലൂരിലേക്കും അവിടുന്ന് ചെന്നൈയിലേക്കും താമസം മാറി.

                                                   15 വയസ്സുളളപ്പോഴായിരുന്നു ജയലളിതയുടെ സിനിമയിലേക്കുളള അരങ്ങേറ്റം.ചിന്നാഡ ഗോംബെ എന്ന കന്നഡ പടത്തിലൂടെയായിരുന്നു വെളളിത്തിരയില്‍ ജയലളിതയുടെ മുഖം ആദ്യം തെളിയുന്നത്.വന്‍ഹിറ്റായ ആ ചിത്രത്തോടെ സിനിമ ലോകത്തെ പുതിയ താരോദയമായി അവര്‍ വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെട്ടു. കന്നഡയില്‍ മാത്രമല്ല തെലുങ്കിലും തമിഴിലും ജയലളിത വെന്നിക്കൊടി പാറിച്ചു. അന്നത്തെ യുവത്വത്തിന്റെ സ്വപ്‌നസുന്ദരിയായിരുന്നു അവര്‍. തമിഴ് സിനിമാലോകത്ത് പാവാടയില്‍ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ട ആദ്യ അഭിനേത്രി, നീണ്ടു കൊലുന്നനെയുളള ശരീരവും വിടര്‍ന്ന ചിരിയും കഥ പറയുന്ന കണ്ണുകളും അഭിനയമികവുമായി അവര്‍ അരങ്ങു വാണു.ആദ്യ തമിഴ് ചിത്രമായ വെണ്ണിറൈ ആടൈ മുതല്‍ സൂര്യകാന്തി, യാര്‍ നീ, ദൈവ മകന്‍, തേടി വന്ത മാപ്പിളൈ തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി ഹിറ്റുകള്‍ ജയലളിതക്കു സ്വന്തമായി. തമിഴ്് സൂപ്പര്‍താരം എം.ജി.ആറിനൊപ്പം നിരവധി ചിത്രങ്ങളിലും അവര്‍ അഭിനയിച്ചു.ആയിരത്തില്‍ ഒരുവന്‍, അടിമൈ പെണ്‍, നാം നാട,് തലൈവന്‍ തുടങ്ങി മുപ്പതോളം ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ എംജിആര്‍-ജയലളിത ജോഡിപ്പൊരുത്തത്തില്‍ പുറത്തു വന്നു. അറുപതുകളുടേയും എഴുപതുകളുടേയും മധ്യകാലത്ത് തമിഴ് സിനിമ രംഗത്ത് ജ്വലിച്ചു നിന്ന താരമായിരുന്നു അവര്‍.സിനിമയിലെന്ന പോലെ വ്യക്തിജീവിതത്തിലും എം.ജി.ആര്‍ ജയലളിതയെ ഏറെ സ്വാധീനിച്ചിരുന്നു.അദ്ദേഹവുമായുളള അടുപ്പമാണ് അവരെ രാഷ്ട്രീയരംഗത്ത് എത്തിക്കുന്നത്. സിനിമയിലെന്ന പോലെ വിജയം മാത്രം നിറഞ്ഞതായിരുന്നില്ല അവരുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയജീവിതം. ധാരാളം കയറ്റിറക്കങ്ങളിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിച്ചാണ് അവര്‍ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ തന്റേതായ ഒരു ഇരിപ്പിടം കണ്ടെത്തിയത്.

സ്വന്തം ഇഛ്ഛാശക്തിയിലൂടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ സ്വന്തമായി ഒരു ഇടം നേടിയെടുത്ത അവര്‍ 1984-ല്‍ രാജ്യസഭാംഗമായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. എന്നാല്‍ 1987-ല്‍ എംജിആര്‍ മരണപ്പെട്ടതോടെ അവര്‍ രാജ്യസഭാംഗത്വം രാജിവെച്ച് സംസ്ഥാന രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ സജീവമാകാനെത്തി. എഐഡിഎംകെയുടെ നേതൃസ്ഥാനമായിരുന്നു ജയലളിതയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. എന്നാല്‍ അവകാശവാദമുന്നയിച്ച് എംജിആറിന്റെ ഭാര്യ രംഗത്തെത്തിയതോടെ പാര്‍ട്ടി പിളരുകയായിരുന്നു.1989-ല്‍ ഈ പിളര്‍പ്പിന്റെ പ്രതിഫലനമായി ഡിഎംകെ അധികാരത്തിലെത്തി. ഡിഎംകെയുടെ ഭരണത്തിനിടയില്‍ തന്നെ അനുനായികളെ അനുനയിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ജയലളിത ശ്രമം തുടങ്ങി. പാര്‍ട്ടിയെ തന്റെ മേധാശക്തിക്കു കീഴില്‍ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതില്‍ അവര്‍ വിജയിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്തു. ജാനകി രാമചന്ദ്രന്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടിയില്‍ നിന്നും പിന്മാറിയതോടെ ജയലളിത ഒരു അനിഷേധ്യനേതാവായി സ്വയം അവരോധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. 1991-ല്‍ വന്‍ ഭൂരിപക്ഷത്തോടെയാണ് അവര്‍ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടത്. താമസിയാതെ തമിഴ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി ആദ്യമായി അവര്‍ ചുമതലയേറ്റു.പിന്നീട് 2002-2006, 2011-2014 എന്നീ കാലഘട്ടത്തില്‍ തമിഴ്‌നാടിന്റെ പുരട്ച് തലൈവിയായി അവര്‍ വാണു.

ആദ്യ തമിഴ് ചിത്രമായ വെണ്ണിറൈ ആടൈ മുതല്‍ സൂര്യകാന്തി, യാര്‍ നീ, ദൈവ മകന്‍, തേടി വന്ത മാപ്പിളൈ തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി ഹിറ്റുകള്‍ ജയലളിതക്കു സ്വന്തമായി. തമിഴ്് സൂപ്പര്‍താരം എം.ജി.ആറിനൊപ്പം നിരവധി ചിത്രങ്ങളിലും അവര്‍ അഭിനയിച്ചു.ആയിരത്തില്‍ ഒരുവന്‍, അടിമൈ പെണ്‍, നാം നാട,് തലൈവന്‍ തുടങ്ങി മുപ്പതോളം ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ എംജിആര്‍-ജയലളിത ജോഡിപ്പൊരുത്തത്തില്‍ പുറത്തു വന്നു. അറുപതുകളുടേയും എഴുപതുകളുടേയും മധ്യകാലത്ത് തമിഴ് സിനിമ രംഗത്ത് ജ്വലിച്ചു നിന്ന താരമായിരുന്നു അവര്‍.സിനിമയിലെന്ന പോലെ വ്യക്തിജീവിതത്തിലും എം.ജി.ആര്‍ ജയലളിതയെ ഏറെ സ്വാധീനിച്ചിരുന്നു.അദ്ദേഹവുമായുളള അടുപ്പമാണ് അവരെ രാഷ്ട്രീയരംഗത്ത് എത്തിക്കുന്നത്. സിനിമയിലെന്ന പോലെ വിജയം മാത്രം നിറഞ്ഞതായിരുന്നില്ല അവരുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയജീവിതം. ധാരാളം കയറ്റിറക്കങ്ങളിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിച്ചാണ് അവര്‍ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ തന്റേതായ ഒരു ഇരിപ്പിടം കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. സ്വന്തം ഇഛ്ഛാശക്തിയിലൂടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ സ്വന്തമായി ഒരു ഇടം നേടിയെടുത്ത അവര്‍ 1984-ല്‍ രാജ്യസഭാംഗമായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. എന്നാല്‍ 1987-ല്‍ എംജിആര്‍ മരണപ്പെട്ടതോടെ അവര്‍ രാജ്യസഭാംഗത്വം രാജിവെച്ച് സംസ്ഥാന രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ സജീവമാകാനെത്തി. എഐഡിഎംകെയുടെ നേതൃസ്ഥാനമായിരുന്നു ജയലളിതയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. എന്നാല്‍ അവകാശവാദമുന്നയിച്ച് എംജിആറിന്റെ ഭാര്യ രംഗത്തെത്തിയതോടെ പാര്‍ട്ടി പിളരുകയായിരുന്നു.1989-ല്‍ ഈ പിളര്‍പ്പിന്റെ പ്രതിഫലനമായി ഡിഎംകെ അധികാരത്തിലെത്തി. ഡിഎംകെയുടെ ഭരണത്തിനിടയില്‍ തന്നെ അനുനായികളെ അനുനയിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ജയലളിത ശ്രമം തുടങ്ങി. പാര്‍ട്ടിയെ തന്റെ മേധാശക്തിക്കു കീഴില്‍ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതില്‍ അവര്‍ വിജയിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്തു. ജാനകി രാമചന്ദ്രന്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടിയില്‍ നിന്നും പിന്മാറിയതോടെ ജയലളിത ഒരു അനിഷേധ്യനേതാവായി സ്വയം അവരോധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. 1991-ല്‍ വന്‍ ഭൂരിപക്ഷത്തോടെയാണ് അവര്‍ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടത്. താമസിയാതെ തമിഴ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി ആദ്യമായി അവര്‍ ചുമതലയേറ്റു.പിന്നീട് 2002-2006, 2011-2014 എന്നീ കാലഘട്ടത്തില്‍ തമിഴ്‌നാടിന്റെ പുരട്ച് തലൈവിയായി അവര്‍ വാണു.പ്രവര്‍ത്തകരുടേയും പ്രജകളുടേയും അമ്മയായി.

1997-ലാണ് ജനതാ പാര്‍ട്ടി നോതാവായിരുന്ന സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യന്‍ സ്വാമിയുടെ പരാതിയിന്മേല്‍ ഡിഎംകെ അനധികൃതമായി സ്വത്ത് സമ്പാദിച്ചു എന്ന കുറ്റം ചുമത്തി ജയലളിതക്കെതിരെ കേസെടുക്കുന്നത്. പതിനെട്ട് വര്‍ഷം നീണ്ട നിയമയുദ്ധത്തിനൊടുവില്‍ അവര്‍ മുട്ടുമടക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.തനിക്കെതിരെ ഉയര്‍ന്ന അഴിമതി ആരോപണങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രതിച്ഛായക്കേറ്റ മങ്ങല്‍ മാറ്റാനായിരിക്കണം സ്വന്തം പേരിലുളള ധാരാളം ജനപ്രിയ പദ്ധതികള്‍ക്ക് അവര്‍ പ്രചാരം നല്‍കിയത്. അമ്മ കാന്റീന്‍, അമ്മ മിനറല്‍ വാട്ടര്‍, അമ്മ ഉപ്പ്, അമ്മ ഫാര്‍മസീസ്, ഈയടുത്ത് വന്ന അമ്മ സിമന്റ് എന്നിവ ജനഹൃദയങ്ങളെ സ്വാധീനിക്കാനുളള വിലകുറഞ്ഞ തന്ത്രങ്ങളായി കാണുന്നവര്‍ കുറവല്ല.ജനം തന്നെ അംഗീകരിക്കണമെന്നും അതിലുപരി ആരാധിക്കണമെന്നും വാഴ്ത്തണമെന്നും ആഗ്രഹിച്ച ഭരണാധികാരിയായിരുന്നു അവര്‍.

മേജര്‍ രവി സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത പുനര്‍ജനി എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ ബാലതാരമായാണ് പ്രണവ് സിനിമയില്‍ അരങ്ങേറ്റം കുറിച്ചത്. ആ ചിത്രത്തിലെ അഭിനയത്തിന് 2002ലെ മികച്ച ബാലതാരത്തിനുള്ള സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പുരസ്‌കാരം പ്രണവ് നേടിയിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് തമ്പി കണ്ണന്താനം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ഒന്നാമന്‍ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തില്‍ മോഹന്‍ലാലിന്റെ കുട്ടിക്കാലം അവതരിപ്പിച്ച പ്രണവ് സാഗര്‍ എലിയാസ് ജാക്കിയില്‍ ഒരു സീനില്‍ മാത്രം പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു. ഇപ്പോഴിതാ ജീത്തു ജോസഫ് ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ നായകനായും പ്രണവ് എത്തുകയാണ്.

സിനിമയില്‍ പ്രണവ് എത്തുന്ന കാര്യം ആദ്യം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത് ഫേസ്ബുക്കില്‍ മോഹന്‍ലാല്‍ തന്നെയാണ്. പിന്നീട് മോഹന്‍ലാല്‍ മകന് നല്‍കിയ ഉപദേശം  ഇങ്ങനെ.

"ഒരുപാട് നാളുകളുടെ ആലോചനയ്ക്കു ശേഷമാണ് എന്റെ മകന്‍ അപ്പു (അവനെ ഞാന്‍ അങ്ങനെയാണു വിളിക്കാറ്) സിനിമയില്‍ അഭിനയിക്കാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചത്. മൂന്നരപതിറ്റാണ്ടായി സിനിമയില്‍ അഭിനയിക്കുന്ന ആളെന്ന നിലയില്‍ അവനു വേണ്ടി പ്രാര്‍ഥിക്കാന്‍ മാത്രമേ എനിക്ക് കഴിയു. 

സിനിമ അഭിനയം എന്നത് താഴെ നെറ്റില്ലാതെ കളിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ട്രിപ്പീസ് കളിയാണ്. ഏതു നിമിഷം വേണമെങ്കിലും താഴെ വീഴാം. അവിടെനിന്ന് അവനെ പൊക്കിയെടുത്ത കൊണ്ടു വരേണ്ടതു കാണികളാണ്. അതിനു കാണികള്‍ക്ക് അവനെ ഇഷ്ടമാകണം. അതിനു വലിയ ഗുരുത്വം വേണം.

അതെല്ലാം എന്‍റെ മകന് ഉണ്ടാവട്ടെ എന്നാണ് എന്‍റെ പ്രാര്‍ഥന. നടനെന്ന നിലയില്‍ അവന് അവസരങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊടുക്കാന്‍ പോലും എനിക്കു കഴിഞ്ഞെന്നു വരില്ല. ശ്രീബുദ്ധന്‍ പറഞ്ഞതു പോലെയെ ഞാനും അവനോടു പറയുന്നുള്ളു. നീ തന്നെ നിന്റെ വെളിച്ചമാകുക. 

ഒരുപാടു പേരുടെ ഒത്തുചേരലാണു സിനിമ. ഒരുപാടു പേരുടെ സഹായം നമുക്ക് ആവശ്യമായി വരും. പിന്നെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട മൂന്ന കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ കോമണ്‍സെന്‍സ്, ബുദ്ധി, കഠിനാധ്വാനം. ഇത്രയും കാലത്തെ കാത്തിരിപ്പിനു ശേഷം എന്റെ മകന്‍ സിനിമയില്‍ അഭിനയിക്കാം എന്ന തീരുമാനിച്ചത് അവന് അതില്‍ സ്വയം വിശ്വാസം വന്നതുകൊണ്ടാകാം. ആ വിശ്വാസം അവന് ബലമാകട്ടേ. അതവനെ രക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ''

ചെന്നൈ : അംഗീകാരമില്ലാത്ത സ്ഥലങ്ങളുടെ രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ നിരോധിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉത്തരവ് പുനഃപരിശോധിക്കാന്‍ മദ്രാസ് ഹൈക്കോടതി വിസമ്മതിച്ചു. അംഗീകാരമില്ലാത്ത സ്ഥലങ്ങളും ലേഔട്ടുകളും രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നതും കൃഷിയിടങ്ങള്‍ കെട്ടിടനിര്‍മാണത്തിനുള്ള ഭൂമിയാക്കി മാറ്റുന്നതും തടഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് സപ്തംബര്‍ ഒമ്പതിന് ഹൈക്കോടതി വിധി പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഈ ഉത്തരവിനെതിരെ റിയല്‍ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ലോബികള്‍ നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജികളിന്മേലാണ് ചീഫ്ജസ്റ്റിസ് എസ്.കെ. കൗളിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള ബെഞ്ച് പുനഃപരിശോധന സാധ്യമല്ലെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്.

വിധിയെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് തമിഴ്‌നാട് സര്‍ക്കാരിന് രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ നിരക്ക് ഇനത്തില്‍ 274 കോടി രൂപയുടെയെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടമുണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ഒരു സീനിയര്‍ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയപ്പോള്‍ കള്ളക്കടത്തില്‍ നൂറുകണക്കിന് കോടിരൂപയുടെ ഇടപാടുകള്‍ നടക്കുന്നുണ്ടാവാം, അതുകൊണ്ട് അത് നിയമവിധേയമാക്കണമോയെന്നായിരുന്നു കോടതിയുടെ പ്രതികരണം . ഇത്തരം സമ്മര്‍ദങ്ങള്‍ കൊണ്ട് കാര്യം നേടിയെടുക്കാനാവും എന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ കരുതുന്നുണ്ടാവും. എന്തിനാണ് ഇത് ചെയ്യുന്നതെന്ന് ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കറിയാം. ഈ സമ്മര്‍ദങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് കോടതി വഴങ്ങില്ല. ഈ വിഷയത്തില്‍ സംസ്ഥാനസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നയം രൂപവത്കരിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ടെന്ന് കോടതി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.

 റിയല്‍ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് മേഖലയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന നിരവധിപേര്‍ ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ എത്തിയിരുന്നു. മുപ്പതോളം പേരാണ് ഈ കേസില്‍ കക്ഷിചേരുന്നതിനായി രംഗത്തെത്തിയത്. എന്നാല്‍ പുതുതായി ആരെയും കക്ഷിചേര്‍ക്കില്ലെന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

ഉടമ ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ക്കോ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവര്‍ക്കോ ഇഷ്ടദാനമായി നല്‍കുന്ന സ്ഥലവും മൊബൈല്‍ടവറും മറ്റും സ്ഥാപിക്കാനായി നല്‍കുന്ന സ്ഥലവുമൊക്കെ രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ നടക്കാതെ കുടുങ്ങിക്കിടക്കുകയാണെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയപ്പോള്‍ അത്തരംപ്രശ്‌നങ്ങള്‍ നേരിടുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് പ്രത്യേകം ഹര്‍ജി നല്‍കാമെന്ന് കോടതി പറഞ്ഞു. ഉത്തരവില്‍ ചെറിയ മാറ്റം വരുത്തിയാല്‍ പോലും റിയല്‍ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ലോബി അത് മുതലെടുത്ത് നിയമവിരുദ്ധ രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കുമെന്ന് വാദിഭാഗം അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. കുടുതല്‍ വാദം കേള്‍ക്കുന്നതിനായി കേസ്  നീട്ടിവച്ചു .
